An exemplary case is Tran Thi Hang, a production team leader at the company, who is always enthusiastic about proposing initiatives and innovations to enhance labor productivity. Among Mrs. Hang’s notable innovations is the “Electric Module Repair” project used in hearing aid assembly. Previously, even with 100% new components and batteries, the company’s products had to be discarded, due to faulty Hybrids. After her initiative was applied, it helped revise the repair process, reducing the number of defective products discarded and helping the company save over VND 9 billion.

His initiatives have yielded practical economic benefits for the company, saving over VND 3.8 billion.

He received commendation from the company’s directorate for his initiative to replace the discontinued CT400 label printers with Thermal heads in the finalization process. When the original equipment supplier ceased providing these parts and the company’s stock was depleted, Mr. Thuan proactively researched and adapted older label printers with Thermal heads to handle label printing in the complete process, effectively replacing the CT400 printer. This solution exceeded all expectations and ensured production continuity.
