State-owned enterprises under restructuring

Provincial Department of Finance said that in the first six months of 2023, the arrangement, equitization and divestment of State-owned enterprises continued being implemented under the approved plan.

Accordingly, the province temporarily suspended the equitization or divestment of State capital in State-owned enterprises and enterprises with State capital. As of May 25, 2023, the province has 2 State-owned enterprises and 1 enterprise with State capital, including Binh Duong Lottery One-Member Co.Ltd.  with 100% State capital), Becamex Corporation with 95.44% State capital and Thanh Le Import-Export Trading Corporation with 36% State capital. Currently, provincial Steering Committee for Innovation and Development of State Enterprises is reviewing and submitting a plan on restructuring subsidiaries of Binh Duong Lottery One-Member Co.Ltd., Thanh Le Trading - Import-Export Corporation in the period of 2021-2025 to provincial People's Committee for approval.
