With the theme "Binh Duong youth solidarity- aspiration - creativity - integration - development to build a strong Union, contributing to developing Binh Duong into a smart, civilized and modern city", the 11th Binh Duong Provincial Congress of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, tenure 2022-2027, continues to strongly arouse the enthusiasm, the will to be self-reliant, the aspiration in youth union members to rise up, to be pioneers that always take the lead, being proactive and creative in the cause of the homeland building and defending.

Upholding the glorious revolutionary tradition of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union has innovated comprehensively in terms of content and operation methods in all fields. Binh Duong youth always strive, train, actively organize, and participate in Youth Union works and youth movements; volunteer to join hands for the local socio-economic development; volunteer for the community, for social security. In particular, when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out, young people did not mind difficulties, rushed, volunteered to pandemic-hit centers and frontlines, to took part in supporting people affected by the disease…

Every congress is a look back at the growth and development of union members and youth organizations; at the same time, to set up the direction for youth works and youth movements in the new tenure; to elect persons who have solid political courage, good moral qualities, high reputation among the youth, and have high job competences to Executive Committee to lead and implement effectively resolutions of the congress, continues to develop youth works in association with the political requirements and tasks of the province, contributing to the common cause of the country.

Entering the digital era - the era of youth - will be the one to shape the country’s future. Therefore, the young generation - the future owners of the country must constantly learn, create and absorb new technologies to equip themselves with a good foundation, rich in knowledge and skills to proceed with industrialization and modernization combined with the development of a knowledge economy. The Party, State and people always place their trust and love in the young generation. With enthusiasm and strong will, the desire to devote, dynamism and creativity, Binh Duong youth will follow the tradition, always pioneer in all fields, contributing to the construction of more prosperous, beautiful, intelligent, affectionate Binh Duong homeland.
