Steering Committee to enhance revenue collection and mitigate the loss of State budget funds set up

Binh Duong provincial People's Committee has recently issued Decision No. 781/QD-UBND, establishing the Steering Committee for Enhancing Revenue Collection and Preventing Revenue Loss for the State Budget of Binh Duong Province (hereinafter referred to as the Provincial Steering Committee). Mr. Vo Van Minh, Chairman of the provincial People's Committee, will serve as the Head of the Provincial Steering Committee. Mr. Nguyen Van Cong, Head of the Tax Department of Region 16, will act as the Deputy Head of the Standing Committee. Mr. Nguyen Tran Hieu, Head of the Customs Department of Region 16, will serve as the Deputy Head of the Committee, alongside Mr. Nguyen Thanh Toan, Director of the Department of Finance, who will also be a Deputy Head of the Committee.

The provincial People's Committee has designated the Tax Department of Region 16 to ensure the operational conditions of the provincial steering committee. This department is tasked with synthesizing and advising on matters related to enhancing revenue collection and preventing losses in State budget revenue within the province. Additionally, it will provide counsel to the Provincial Steering Committee and the Provincial People's Committee in formulating strategies to boost revenue collection and mitigate losses in State budget revenue. Furthermore, the department will urge and guide districts and cities to diligently fulfill the assigned budget revenue estimates.
