Strengthening coordination, sharing good models in Southeastern Cluster Front

Early December 7, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Standing Committee held a conference to review the Emulation Cluster Front work of the Southeastern provinces in 2022 in Binh Duong province. The event was attended by Nguyen Huu Dung, Vice-Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Central Committee; Nguyen Van Loc, member of provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of provincial Party Committee’s Mass Mobilization Commission, Chairman of provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Nguyen Truong Nhat Phuong, Vice-Chairwoman of provincial People's Council and leaders of the Fatherland Front Committees of the provinces and cities in the Southeastern region.

Since early this year, the Fatherland Front Committees of 7 provinces in the cluster has overcome difficulties, well implementing the set programs and achieving some outstanding results. Specifically, propaganda work was implemented comprehensively, with many improvements and plentifulness in the mode of operation, enhancing information on Zalo, fanpage, Facebook ... to create social consensus. The all-level Fatherland Front Committees and socio-political organizations of 7 provinces in the region have made great efforts in selecting appropriate contents, diversifying forms of social criticism and supervision. The movements and campaigns launched by the Front have continued being implemented effectively in line with new conditions and situations. The three-level funds for the poor of the provinces have  mobilized more than VND188billion; organizations, individuals and businesses have also supported thousands of billions of dong for social welfare programs; the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committees of provinces in the region have coordinated with relevant units to build and upgrade 2,185 “great unity” and charity houses worth nearly VND 129 billion...

Mr. Dung wanted the localities in the cluster to strengthen information coordination, share good models and valuable experience; focus on advising the Party committee to lead and direct the work of the congress for the 2024-2029 tenure and guide grassroots Fạtherland Front Committees in organizing the congress; well implement joint programs and unify actions set out in 2023 …
