On the afternoon of November 18, Vo Van Minh, Vice Secretary of provincial Party Committee and Chairman of provincial People's Committee, chaired an in-person and online meeting to review reports for submission to provincial People’s Council at the end-of-year 2024 session at provincial Integrated Administrative Center. The meeting was attended by Nguyen Loc Ha, Member of provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of provincial People’s Committee, along with representatives of provincial departments, agencies, cities and districts.

At the session, delegates contributed their opinions on the province's socio-economic situation for the year and draft resolutions, including the draft report on the socio-economic, national defense and security situation in 2024, tasks and solutions for 2025; the draft legal resolution on expenditure levels for reception, visits and congratulations for specific groups handled by the Fatherland Front Committees at all levels; the draft individualized resolution on the list of projects to land recovery and conversion of rice-growing land use in 2025; the draft individualized decision on the charter capital of the Environmental Protection Fund; the public investment plan and among others.
Concluding the session, Mr. Minh basically agreed with the content of the drafts. However, regarding the draft report on the socio-economic, national defense and security situation in 2024, orientations and tasks for 2025, he requested departments and sectors to review and adjust data to ensure greater accuracy by the end of 2024, particularly concerning State budget revenues and expenditures, public investment…
Provincial People's Committee Chairman also requested all-level authorities and sectors to focus on exploiting revenue sources and saving expenses; focus on completing procedures to increase revenues from industrial parks, compounds and auction of public land funds.
