Standing under the Party’s flag is a honor, pride that every person always strive for. To students, being admitted to the Party while still learning can confirm their self-training, dedication to the noble causes of Ho Chi Minh young generation. These three young Party members are typical examples.
Devoting the youth power
Vo Que Huong, who is a former pupil of Ben Cat high school, has been associated with prestige titles. In the 2013-2014 academic year, she was the best student at high-school finals of Ben Cat town, and first-ranked new student of group A1 of Thu Dau Mot University.
Principal Ngo Thanh Dat said, the school was so proud of outstanding pupils like Huong. Her efforts were recognized by the school. On 29th June 2014, she was honorably admitted to the CPV.
She also obtained many outstanding achievements, such as: third prize of adolescent reproductive health contest, consolation prize Casio Physics solving, informatics second prize in the technical good student contest. She said, she had no secret, but only listened carefully to teachers while on class, asked teachers what she did not understand, then do more home exercises to train her skills. Despite achieving above achievements, she was not complacent but continue to strive for higher results. She conceived, learning is lifelong, and never enough.
As her class’s Youth branch secretary and school Youth branch, deputy secretary, she left good impressions to her high school. She was one volunteer in Youth activities, social activities, such as: visiting Vietnamese heroic mothers, joining Green Sunday…
Currently, Huong is a student of the National Academy of Public Administration. She has continued to prove herself through many titles, such as: example of studying and following Uncle Ho’s teachings, Union cadre completing excellently annual works, student of 5 goods. She is also secretary of KS15C Youth branch.
Devoting wisdom to the revolutionary cause
Being the first pupil admitted to the Party of Thuong Tan high school (North Tan Uyen district) is an unforgettable honor to Tu Thi Tuyet Nhung. She has been grateful to her teachers for teaching and taking care of a favorable environment.
Since secondary school years, she has made strong impressions in learning and training. She participated actively in contests launched by Tan Uyen District Youth Union. In the 7th grade, she took part in story-telling contest about Uncle Ho and excellent volunteer team leader. She said, as reading stories about Uncle Ho, she learnt good habits and behaviors from Uncle Ho.
In high school, she was a volunteer in Youth branch’s activities. As a learning vice-monitor, Nhung was an example of learning, maintained good title in 3 consecutive years. She also encouraged her classmates to participate actively in school activities; together with class monitors, organized learning activities in class. Therefore, in the 2013- 2014 school year, 100% of her class’s pupils passing the high-school finals.
Currently, Nhung is a student of Ton Duc Thang University. She pledges herself to put more effort to cultivate virtues, political thoughts, stable ideology, simultaneously improve her knowledge to serve the revolutionary cause of the Party and the people.
Living is learning and devoting
Tong Tieu Linh, who is a freshman of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law, has admirable academic results. She was excellent pupils in 12 consecutive years, and was admitted to both Ho Chi Minh City University of Law and University of Natural Sciences in the 2014 university entrance exam. For this reason, she was admitted to the CPV while still learning in Vo Minh Duc high school.
Being born into a family with a difficult situation, Linh always keep striving. While learning in Tuong Binh Hiep secondary school (TDM City), Linh was an excellent pioneer team leader, and then honorably became Youth Union member. Linh has studied diligently, been openhearted, and devoted wholeheartedly to other people. Her talent also showed in Vo Minh Duc high school. Teacher Cao Thi Kim Anh said: “Linh was class Youth branch’s secretary, member of school Youth branch’s steering committee, and a smart, responsible MC. I am the person introducing Linh to the CPV, I am always believe and proud of Linh”.
Being good at mathematics, Linh chose history in the 12th grade excellent pupil competition. Linh said: “Nowadays, youngsters pay not much attention to Vietnamese history, while being well-informed about history of other countries like China, Korea. Hence, Linh chose history as my exam subject to send young persons a message that our country has a history to be proud of”.
