The program is a clear testament to the care of the Party, the State and the whole society, reflecting the spirit of solidarity and mutual support in helping disadvantaged people live and work in peace and contentment.

Comrade Nguyen Van Loi requested Phu Giao district and other localities, in addition to State budget resources, to intensify efforts to mobilize organizations, individuals and donors to join hands in effectively implementing the movement.
