Strong growth in production value in February 2025

In February 2025, Dau Tieng district’s People's Committee focused on directing all-level authorities and levels to implement measures, ensuring that the local economy and society continue developing steadily. The district’s total estimated production value reached over VND 1.97 trillion, a 15.6% increase compared to the same period in 2024. Of these, the district’s values of industrial production-construction sector grew by 19.5%. The district’s trade-services sector increased by 12.4% while agricultural production value rose by 5%. The estimated State budget revenue for the month reached nearly VND 75 billion. The figure in the first two months of the year exceeded  VND 227 billion, reaching 13% of the province and district’s estimates for 2025.

In March 2025, Dau Tieng district will continue its efforts to effectively implement the National Target Program for New Rural Development, focusing on completing criteria and indicators for its advanced new-style rural status. Additionally, the district will cooperate with provincial Department of Industry and Trade and Dau Tieng Rubber Co.Ltd. to initiate steps for developing industrial compounds in the area in the coming time. The district will also push forward with finalizing and approving the general planning schemes for the communes of Dinh An, Dinh Thanh, Minh Tan and Minh Thanh through 2030, following the agreement of provincial Department of Construction. Furthermore, the district will accelerate the progress of detailed zoning plans at a 1/2,000 scale for Tha La Peninsula in Dau Tieng reservoir, Siu field in Thanh Tuyen commune as well as the general planning projects for functional areas at a 1/5,000 scale, including an ecological tourism and resort service area at Can Nom reservoir and an ecological tourism area at Thi Tinh dam…
