Binh Duong is now a land thirsting for human resources. Strong development of industry has made a big demand on labor recruitment. From now till 2020, Binh Duong annually needs to recruit over 50,000 laborers and strive to reach over 80% of trained-laborers. With a strong growth and policy of “red carpet for investment”, hi-tech fields of finance, banking, service, telecommunication, training and human resources development… have really become a “big cake” for luring skilled labor market.

In 2012, local businesses need to recruit over 72,000 laborers for fields such apparel, footwear, timber processing, electronics, mechanics, pottery, trade and service.

Studying at Binh Duong brings advantages

Through a survey, aside from the number of local students pursuing local universities and colleges and vocational schools, a large number of students from other provinces are studying at local schools. Most of them said that studying at Binh Duong would bring advantages of job chance and low living expense compared with the HCMC.

Lastly, the Eastern International University (EIU) announced to recruit 1,000 students for the upcoming school year. Students of the EIU will enjoy Becamex IDC and VISIP scholarship programs. The EIU’s students will enjoy probation and work at businesses and factories under Becamex IDC, My Phuoc Hospital, Eastern International Hospital and companied located at VISIP, My Phuoc, Bau Bang IPs…

According to the newly-announced latest figure, Binh Duong University will admit 2,400 students in 2012 for 13 majors.

Meanwhile, Thu Dau Mot University targets to recruit 3,200 students for university level and 2,150 for college level in 2012. The university is waiting for recruitment and training allowance for university majors in 2012. They include law, urban management, primary education, pre-school education, natural and environment management, finance-banking, chemistry, Chinese, industrial management and pedagogy.

In addition, Binh Duong University for Technology and Economics will admit 1,500 students for university level and 1,500 for college level and 1,500 for intermediate level in 2012.

Besides, Binh Duong Ago-forestry School will in 2012 recruit 450 students for majors such Veterinary Breeding, Cultivation-Plant Protection, Land Management and Accountancy.
