After 10 years of implementing the Politburo’s Directive No. 05-CT/TW dated May 15, 2016 on "Acceleration of studying and following Ho Chi Minh’s ideology, morality and lifestyle", many practical models in line with the realities of each locality have emerged across the province. This effort has significantly contributed to Party-building, strengthening a clean and strong political system and promoting the socio-economic development of the region.

To ensure the widespread, systematic and effective implementation of this campaign, provincial Party Committee has provided strong and consistent leadership over both the term-wide and annual thematic content, ensuring synchronous implementation from provincial to grassroots levels. As a result, studying and following President Ho Chi Minh has become a regular and in-depth political activity, spreading across the entire Party organization, local government and the public, leading to positive changes in awareness and action. Most cadres and Party members have demonstrated a strong sense of self-discipline in cultivating morality and lifestyle, along with improved responsibility and service to the people. Among the public, these efforts have been effectively linked with patriotic emulation campaigns.

A highlight after 10 years of implementing the Directive No. 05-CT/TW is the development and implementation of numerous effective models and good practices by localities, agencies and units across the province. These initiatives have concretized the contents of thematic programs for the full term and each year. They have contributed to shifting from merely "studying" to truly "following" Uncle Ho, in association with the successful implementation of political tasks, promoting socio-economic development, strengthening the bond between the Party's will and the people's hearts, fostering strong social consensus. Typical models include "Friendly government serving the people", "Office smiles", "Close to the people", "Listening to the people, speaking so the people understand, acting to gain the people's trust" and "Uncle Ho’s Cultural Space".
