Sudden inspection on food hygiene and safety conducted in Thuan An city

On April 19, the inter-agency food safety and sanitation inspection team of the province, led by Mr. Huynh Minh Chin, Deputy Director of the Department of Health, conducted a food safety inspection in Thuan An city.

The team has conducted a surprise inspection of some food service businesses in the hospital cafeteria and the communal kitchen of the Mai Ninh kindergarten group in Lai Thieu ward.

During the inspection, the team members reminded and noted that the facilities should have a plan to prevent infection, ensure the one-way mass meal processing, the arrangement of raw materials and finished products not separated and neatly arranged; the processing staff lacks the means to ensure safety.
