Supporting subjects buying resettlement houses

From September 30th 2013, households, individuals are subjects of relocation when the government recovers lands, will be supported to buy resettlement houses. Accordingly, selling prices of settlement houses are defined according to compensation plan of construction project, in which selling price must include maintenance cost as 2% of selling price. Households, if individuals received lands and have already built technical infrastructure of housing, they must pay land use fee. Provincial People’s Committee is responsible for publication of resettlement house portfolios and selling prices, leasing prices of these houses in order for resettlement households to select and purchase or lease.These were stipulated at Decree 84/2013/ND-CP by the Government.Reported by T.Huynh – Translated by Ngoc Huynh
