Tan Uyen City has over 1,000 17-year-old men registering for military service

Tan Uyen City has completed the organization of the first enlistment for 1,004 young people aged 17 in 12 communes and wards of the city.

Thanks to good propaganda and mobilization, 100% of male citizens have reached the age of registration for military service according to regulations. Male citizens are instructed to fill out personal background information, such as: family economic situation, career, socio-political relationships, personal and family moral qualities; get a pre-screening health check for height, weight, and declare medical history, if any.

Thanks to the military service registration for 17-year-old male citizens, the city can firmly grasp the quantity and quality of the existing source of 17-year-old male citizens. Thereby, the City Military Service Council firmly grasps the political background, education level, health conditions, occupation, and family situation of each male citizen, thereby determining the source of male citizens to call up, build a standing militia, mobile militia, and on-site militia for the city in 2024 and the following years.
