Tan Uyen city takes care of socially-provileged people and people in hardship

On July 23, the Red Cross of Tan Uyen city coordinated with the Red Cross of Thai Hoa ward to organize the program of "VND-0 market fair" to support disadvantaged people in the ward.

The market gave out 100 free exchange coupons to people and workers in need. Each market ticket is worth VND 500,000. The fair was conducted with 20 stalls including essential items for people to go to the market for 0 VND.

*On the same day, Tan Uyen Red Cross organized a delegation to visit and give gifts to 2 families of war invalids and martyrs in Thai Hoa ward.

At each destination, the delegation gave each family a gift worth VND 1.6 million in the activity showing the concern, care and gratitude of the Red Cross at all levels to families, policy beneficiaries, and people with meritorious services to the revolutionary cause.
