The effective interactive channels

Majority of people living in boarding houses work at companies, enterprises, construction sites during the day, and return home in the evening for daily activities and leisure time. To facilitate legal propaganda, the Khanh Binh Ward Police have enhanced the content on the propaganda groups of the neighborhood management board, the renting house club etc. to timely convey information to residents for understanding and implementation.

Thanks to the effective propaganda work, in 2023, many incidents related to public security occurred at rental areas, such as theft, illegal drug use, noisy disputes and others are promptly reported by residents and landlords to the Khanh Binh Ward Police, who mobilize forces to the scene to handle and resolve the situation thoroughly. Specifically, the ward police have received 7 valuable reports at rental areas, helping to promptly handle 1 theft case with 3 suspects, 5 cases of illegal possession and use of drugs with 5 suspects.

Through our exchange, Captain Bo Minh Tien, Head of the Hoi Nghia Ward Police, stated that connecting the government with grassroots units via the Zalo social network for activities, exchanging information on the security situation to promptly grasp and take measures to combat and prevent law violations is continuously implemented by the ward authorities. From the two-way information interaction, a lot of information about Project 06 is continuously updated and posted by the Hoi Nghia ward Police to help residents, landlords, and tenants grasp and exchange unclear information. As a result, landlords and tenants have voluntarily raised awareness of compliance with legal regulations, joining hands to build safe and secure rental accommodations.
