"Focusing on construction investment, urban renovation green-clean-beautiful-bright to improve the quality of people's lives, by 2025 to be recognized as class-2 urban area; Investing in a number of key works and projects to create motivation, spread for building and developing urban areas in the southwest and along banks of Dong Nai River; calling for resources for the development of residential, commercial-service areas; gradually establishing commercial, service and urban areas along main roads, like DT747B, 746, 742 etc. and along banks of the Dong Nai River" is the breakthrough target specified by Tan Uyen Town Party in period 2020-2025.

From now until 2025, Tan Uyen Town will have developed in the direction of civilization, modernization and sustainability; In which, to focus on investment, development of technical and social infrastructure as planned; to gradually develop "green-smart" urban areas, creating green-clean-beautiful-bright urban landscape, improving the quality of people's lives. The town will also enhance the upgrade and renovation of urban areas with priority given to public works that serve the living and entertainment, recreation demands of the people; Investing in projects to create motivation, with large scale, quality assurance for sustainable development, to have connection within region and harmonious connection between new with existing urban areas, especially the southwest area and along banks of Dong Nai River; to maximize resources, advantages, and find new motivation to build a satellite city of Binh Duong Samrt City in the future...

Nguyen Van Danh, Secretary of Tan Uyen Town Party Committee, said to achieve this goal, the town leadership implemented many solutions, in which focus on the planning, construction and development of urban areas, urban renovation. In particular, to build "green-smart" urban areas, the formation of urban residents is an important factor. Therefore, Tan Uyen Town encourages the urban civilized lifestyle, namely to effectively performs the movement "building cultural -civilized urban lifestyle", in which focuses on the efficient collection, transportation, treatment of garbage and domestic wastewater, assurance of aesthetic urban landscape, safety, construction and urban order; building civilized city streets; diversifying methods and models to attract people to participate; to carry out urban renovation according to the motto "the State and people work together"; building and implementing community convention on environmental protection.

In addition, the town enhances the capacity and efficacy of urban management; to organize management and efficiently employ the urban management forces, management teams of urban orderly for the work of monitoring, collaboration and counseling; Promoting the role of public security forces in the counseling, solving urban order, traffic safety, environmental protection matters; to accelerate the administrative reform to improve the effectiveness of state management, meeting the development requirements of class-2 urban; to actively engage in building and implementation of provincial project "Smart City". The town will also construct, carry out environmental protection projects, IT applications to gradually develop "green-smart" urban areas, such as public WiFi system, the town's website, solar-energized lighting system, energy saving; to improve the efficiency of collecting, transporting and handling garbage, domestic wastewater, traffic surveillance system, smart order security...

With a wide range of solutions set out by the town Party, Tan Uyen Town would develop in line with the goals set to soon become a "green-smart city".
