Tan Uyen town to tightening management of urban construction order

In the first nine months of 2022, the People's Committee of Tan Uyen town regularly directed and urged agencies, units and localities to focus on urban embellishment. The total number of inspected works was 1,157 - an increment of 13.6% over the same period in 2021. The total amount of fines in the construction sector was VND 1.65 billion, which, compared to the same period in 2021, was on the 17.5% of construction order violations in the town.

The town has completed works on roads such as Nguyen Khuyen (DH 423), Vo Thi Sau (DH 402), Nguyen Tri Phuong (DH 407), Nguyen Huu Canh (DH 420), DH 418, Vinh Loi (DH 409) and dredging culverts, manholes on inner roads of Uyen Hung ward, and installing sewers among others. In the coming time, the town directs units and localities to strengthen construction order management and to step up the adjustment of working site and manage urban order in the area; at the same time, it should timely grasp documents on land management, construction and urban order, and raise people's awareness.
