TBS Group awards scholarships to excellent students

Early August 20, Thai Binh Investment Joint Stock Company (TBS Group) held a ceremony to award the 20th study promotion scholarships to the offspring of officials, employees working for its units and factories, with good academic achievements in the 2022-2023 academic year.

Accordingly, TBS Group awarded study promotion scholarships worth  more than VND 7.6 billion to 8,052 students. Among them, there were 3,471 scholarships for primary school students; 2,532 scholarships for secondary school students; 1,106 scholarships for high school students; 858 scholarships for university students; 85 scholarships for students who won prizes at district-level competitions for excellent students. For  Binh Duong alone, this year, 1,784 students received scholarships from the group with a total value of more than VND 2 billion.

Nguyen Anh Tuan, Chairman of TBS Group's Trade Union local said that this was an annual activity of TBS Group to encourage students to make efforts in learning in order to become useful citizens to the society. The group also wanted to share part of the costs for employees before the new school year, helping them feel secure to work and stick with it.
