TDM, Ben Cat’s Red Cross Societies offer help to nearly 28,000 needy cases

TDM city’s Red Cross Society has mobilized more than VND4bln to offer help to nearly 16,000 needy cases through the models of “Tet for the Poor”, “charity rice jar”…This has contributed to helping  many poor people in the city stabilize their lives.

*Ben Cat district’s Red Cross Society has promoted the campaign of “Each organization, individual should stick to a humanitarian address”.

Over the past 4 years, under the campaign, the district’s Red Cross Societies at all levels, organizations and individuals across the district offered help of more than VND2.6bln to more than 12,000 needy people via many significant activities, including presenting charity houses, organizing charity kitchens at district’s General Hospital, awarding scholarships…The district’s My Phuoc township and communes of Lai Uyen, An Dien, Long Nguyen, Phu An took the lead in the campaign.
