TDM city allocates VND 400 billion to carry out works on traffic, urban rejuvenation

Thu Dau Mot city’s People's Committee said that in order to exploit and improve the efficiency of using mobilized capital sources for urban rejuvenation and development, the city has prioritized allocation for expenditure sources from target programs, key works serving the local development. The city has used the remaining capital from the local State budget, salary reform source, revenue from the land use right auction, advance from provincial Development Investment Fund to implement a plan on expanding the revenue margin for land recovery for a number of traffic projects in order to create land fund for the construction of welfare works, attracting high-quality commercial and service investment...

Accordingly, the city has arranged to add additional VND50 billion from the local public investment capital in 2021 to the 2021-2025 medium-term public investment plan and allocated about VND400 billion to carry out works on traffic and urban rejuvenation in 14 wards from decentralized capital under the local criteria.
