TDM’s Red Cross Society receives nearly 360 units of blood

On February 13, Thu Dau Mot (TDM) city’s Red Cross Society coordinated with relevant units to organize a voluntary blood donation campaign.

With the message of "A drop of blood saves a life", the blood donation campaign attracted a large number of people from all strata to register for participation. As a result, the organizers received 359 units of blood and handed them over to Ho Chi Minh city-based  Cho Ray Hospital’s Blood Transfusion and Hematology Center to carry out blood preservation to serve medical treatment in the coming time.

Since early this year, the city’s Red Cross Society has mobilized and received 1,058 out of 3,500 blood units assigned in 2023.
