Implementing movement “Learning and following uncle Ho’s moral example”, provincial educational sector launched program “Every teacher is an example of morality, self learning and creativeness”. According to features of each locality, schools have realized flexibly, creatively and diversely this program. After 2 years of implementation, teaching staff devoting to profession, pupils is increasing. Teachers keeps learning to improve moral virtue, political thoughts, professional, foreign language and informatics.After 2 years, there are over 4,000 teachers given training courses.
