At the meeting, participants ratified draft plans to organize festive activities by the end of 2012 and early 2013.
Accordingly, the provincial administration will expectedly spur decorations on Binh Duong Blvd and some inner routes as well as more investments in Bach Dang flower road. Expectedly, the total expense for decoration investment is estimated at more than VND11bil.
