Textile, garment and footwear industries need to recruit many workers

According to provincial Department of Labor, War Invalids and Social Affairs, the recruitment demand of enterprises in the province in the first quarter of 2023 is more than 10,000 workers.

Accordingly, the new recruitment demand accounts for about 35% of total, mainly aiming at compensating for the number of workers who do not return to work. Among them, about 80% are unskilled workers, but there will be requirements in terms of experience or skills for them. Industries of garment-textile, footwear, electronics, mechanics, and some services... still have high recruitment demands.
