In 2012, the company’s laborers enjoy an average income of VND5.3mil per capita per month. To excel the Government’s Decree 87, the company excels its rights and responsibilities for laborers.
Realizing importance on implementing democratic regulations, the company trade union has set up information channels for employees and employers, held meetings for laborers to grasp their legitimate aspirations.
