Thanh Le EXIM in its 10 years for the poor

Following State’s and Party’s policy on care for the poor, in the past 10 years, Thanh Le Commerce, Import and Export Company (Thanh Le EXIM) has donated greatly to funds for the poor to help them stabilize living conditions. This state-own company of 4 subsidiaries and 827 employees is considered as an example in the movements.

 

PPC Chairman Nguyen Hoang Son awarded merit certificate to General Director Dao Thi Thanh Nguyen praising up her company as an exemplary enterprise in supporting funds for the poor.

 

“Along with our business development for budget contribution and care for employees, we shared with the poor and disadvantageous people,” said General Director Dao Thi Thanh Nguyen.

 

By its own funds, the company yearly extracts VND 2-3 billion for charity and social activities. In 10 years’ time, the amount has reached nearly VND 25 billion which was contributed to charity houses, relief, and funds.

 

Charity work of Thanh Le EXIM contributed to movements for the poor and joined up hands to share and support people in life.

 

“Yearly, we directly visit and present gifts to poor people during Tet holiday. Our gifts help them in terms of material and mental support, bringing them joy and happiness which is our wishes by our own hearts,” said General Director Dao Thi Thanh Nguyen.

 

Let alone charity activities for the poor, since 1996 the company has offered care for life to 150 elder parents. The company considers charity work as a good example for employees and younger generations in nurturing love for human. The company has been praised for their charity work. Mrs. Dao Thi Thanh Nguyen was honorably awarded with Second Labor Decoration and entitled Emulative Soldier by the State’s President.
