The 10th provincial People’s Council Session (8th term) happens from December 4th to 6th

Early November 29th, provincial Standing People’s Council organized a press conference to announce contents of the next 10th provincial People’s Council Session 8th term.At the conference, Head of provincial NA – People’s Council proclaimed contents of the 10th People’s Council Session. Accordingly, the Session will take place in 3 days from December 4th to 6th. This is an annual session in year-end. Contents involve evaluating results of People’s Council’s Resolution implementation in terms of socioeconomic developing plan in 2013; operation of People’s Council’s subordinate committees, judicial authority.Additionally, the Session will make decisions on socioeconomic developing plan, budget forecast and allocation, capital construction plan in 2014; as well as important local issues to promulgate resolutions implemented in 2014 and following years.The Session will also approve 59 documents including 16 reports, 18 statements, 6 investigation reports, 19 drafts of resolutions, in which there will be 39 documents are expected to be presented at the conference. Notably, in this Session, 8 People’s Council representatives will send questions involving 12 contents of provincial economic, cultural, social issues. Department of Health will answer 3 contents through documents. The 9 remaining contents will be answer directly at the Session, including: Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism will reply 4 contents, Department of Industry and Trade 2 contents, Department of Agriculture & Rural Development 3 contents.
