The 1st Binh Duong Books’ Fair attracts a large number of students

From 15 to 17 Nov at Hikari Food Court in Binh Duong New City, with the theme "Book - Starting a change", The 1st Binh Duong Books’ Fair was held to improve reading culture for student community in particular and Binh Duong resident community in general.

Trần Thị Diễm Trinh, Deputy Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union, congratulates individuals who had good accomplishment in reading books - spreading the reading culture among young people in Binh Duong province.

Many readers take part in the 1st Binh Duong Books’ Fair 2019.

This has been the first time a book fair was hosted in Binh Duong, but it received the support of a large number of publishers, bookstores with many famous and diverse titles in many fields of Kim Dong, AlphaBooks, FAHASA ...

In addition to the book display, sale and exchange activities, the Organizing Committee also donated more than 200 books received from the book donation program with the cooperation of Youth Union and Students’ Union of Binh Duong province to build a library for children in Bau Bang district.

Besides, the Books’ Fair also comprised music performances by students in Thu Dau Mot city; talks with famous authors, and cultural program to attract people.

According to the Organizing Committee, it is estimated that more than 5,000 people attended and more than 10,000 books were sold over three days.
