The 2023 administrative reform index of North Tan Uyen district achieves excellent grades

On May 29, North Tan Uyen district held a conference to evaluate the 2023 Public Administrative Reform (PAR) Index and set forth directions and tasks for 2024. 

Nguyen Thanh Thuong, Chairman of the District People's Committee, awards certificates of merit to outstanding collectives and individuals in implementing administrative reforms in 2023.

The District People's Committee and localities identify administrative reform as a central and thorough task, a solution to stimulate socio-economic development and be implemented synchronously, ensuring consistency according to the set plan. 

As a result, the 2023 PAR Index of North Tan Uyen district reached 90.77%, was ranked as excellent, sixth out of nine districts, towns and cities in the province. The impact assessment score of administrative reform reached 21.98/23 points, an increase of 2.72 points; The satisfaction index of people and organizations with the service of state administrative agencies of the district (SIPAS) reached 11.45/12 points, an increase of 1.82 points...

At the conference, leaders of agencies, communes and towns stated shortcomings and limitations to learn from experience, propose solutions to overcome and improve the ranking of the local PAR Index in the coming time. …

In 2024, North Tan Uyen district strives to have the PAR index of the district and communes and towns in the group of excellent indexes, and the satisfaction index for the service of state administrative agencies reach over 90%... 

On this occasion, the Chairman of the District People's Committee awarded certificates of merit to 3 collectives and 12 individuals with outstanding achievements in scoring the 2023 PAR Index.
