Accordingly, the congress listened to the report on the results of the Union work and youth movement for the 2017-2019 term; mission direction and youth movement for the period of 2019-2022.

During the past term, the Youth Union has always been united, united, enthusiastic, enthusiastic and actively participated in activities of the union movement at the agency, contributing to bringing about effective results in the implementation of the political mission annual agency. Many units have promoted the role of unionists, active, enthusiastic, and have contributed effectively to the overall performance of the union.

The Congress also elected the Executive Committee of the Union branch in term of 2019-2022 including 5 comrades; Mr. Dinh Cao Son was elected by the Congress to be the Secretary of the Union.
