The effects of mobile propaganda sessions

From the beginning of December 2015 to January 2016, Department of Justice has coordinated with Center for Culture and Movies to organize communication drives for administrative procedures control across districts, towns, and Thu Dau Mot City, helping the public, officials, cadres, and civil servants be more aware of the significance of administrative procedures control.

Late January 4, local people of Uyen Hung Ward in Tan Uyen Town enjoyed a mobile show of administrative procedures control depicted in short and enjoyable plays. Nguyen Thi Le Uyen, a local of Uyen Hung Ward, said: “After watching th show, I am more knowledgeable of administrative procedure reforms of the province, knowing more about Decree No. 20/2008/ND-CP which promulages on hotline of Department of Justice collecting feedbacks from individuals and organizations regarding administrative procedure reforms. I believe that the regular organization of such shows will be necessary for us to improve our knowledge by the fun of the plays.”
Meantime, in the evening of January 5, at Tan Thanh Commune of Bac Tan Uyen District, the Mobile Propaganda Team of Provincial Center of Culture and Movies organized a propaganda show locally to offer locals songs praising the Party, President Ho Chi Minh, the nation, and people of Binh Duong Province in the fights for independence and construction of a more and more prosperous homeland. Tran Thi Loan, a local of Tan Thanh Commune, said: “Many have been satisfied with the shows offered.”
Those are the occasions helping local people to be more aware of administrative procedures control, especially the new regulations on certification of copies that no longer requires any copy retained by the one-stop-shop (OSS) units before. Local people are also more aware of the message of Prime Minister on gathering the social participation into administrative procedure control to assure principles of issuing and maintenance.
Vo Trung Hieu, the Deputy Manager of Division of Administrative Procedures Control under Department of Justice informed that 9 sessions of propaganda about administrative procedure control across 9 districts, towns and Thu Dau Mot City have helped to improve awareness of administrative procedures control, joining up in achieving the targets of administrative procedure reforms of the government and the province.
It can be affirmed that the well implemenation of Document No. 3971/UBND-NC dated November 12, 2015 of Provincial People’s Committee regarding the organization of propaganda and encouragement of administrative procedures control in 2015 by the coordination of Department of Justice and Provincial Center of Culture and Movies has brought about great results. Aside from 9 sessions, many activities including the hanging of 400 bandrolls and 12 banners across the major streets have been organized along with speaker vehicles announcing the results of administrative procedures control and feedbacks about administrative procedures within Thu Dau Mot City. Accordingly, individuals and organizations have been more aware of the significance of administrative procedures control, prompting them to contribute to local administrative procedure reforms.
