Since the beginning of the year, the province's footwear export turnover has grown well in most major markets such as Europe, the US, Japan and South Korea. Most footwear enterprises have export orders increasing by an average of 5 - 10% over the same period last year. One of the advantages for these businesses is that the price of raw materials is stable, not increased over the same period last year.

The specific results show that, in the first 10 months of 2019, the province's leather and footwear export turnover reached over USD 2.6 billion, accounting for 11.3% of the total export turnover of the province. In October alone, the industry's export turnover is estimated at US $ 402 million, up 3% over the previous month, up 17.4% over the same period in 2018.

With the momentum of growth and many advantages as at present, the company strives to exceed the targets set out this year.
