During 4 years, Binh Duong youth program joining hands for a dynamic, professional, modern and friendly Public Administration Center has brought practical effects. Annually, young volunteers do an average of 1,000 tours of duty to guide people, businesses to each department, board, industry; give instructions on administrative procedures; instructions on how to use IT equipment to look up administrative procedures; look up results; register for by post delivery of results; be available for hotline 1080.Besides, volunteers also contributed to the implementation of office culture, reminded people of non-smoking; preserve public hygiene.

According to people's feedback, volunteers at provincial Public Administration Center are the liaison between people, businesses and state administrative agencies, contributing to the construction of a close, friendly, dynamic and modern government. The team of volunteers has assisted people in fulfilling first steps of administrative procedures; help reduce costs, travel time of people. With their knowledge acquired from school and practical work, volunteers have promoted their spirit, ability, enthusiasm in guiding people and businesses; help reduce workload of public servants in some departments that have large numbers of record. Besides, working style of these young ones is serious, polite, contributing to the construction of office culture.

To create a youthful, dynamic face

Trương Công Huy, Director of provincial Public Administration Center, said that the center held a training course for volunteers to understand the procedures and be able to use information technology equipment to explain to people and businesses coming to the center; at the same time, training course of working skills and habits, behaviors, time, and costumes while on duty to create a youthful and dynamic face at the Public Administration Center. This program is truly a creative way of Binh Duong province to reduce costs of complying with administrative procedures and also to narrow the gap between the government and citizens, businesses.

Many volunteers said that, thanks to the guidance and training of Public Relations Department and Provincial Students' Union on professional skills, attitudes, behaviors, plus the dynamic working environment and their enthusiastic, these volunteers have done well the assigned tasks. Many volunteers when participating in this program applied their knowledge and skills into practice; contributed to the development of movements among youth union members, especially those of building a more modern, more dynamic administration to serve the people effectively. Recent surveys show that 100% of people and businesses coming to the center were pleased with the volunteer team here. This is an encouraging result to make the program spread out on districts, towns and city in the province.
