In the afternoon of June 20, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha, Standing Member of Binh Duong provincial Party Committee, Deputy Chairman of the provincial People's Committee chaired a reception and worked with the inspection team of the Central Law Dissemination and Education Coordination Council. Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh, Deputy Minister of Justice, Deputy Chairman of the Central Council for Coordination of Law Dissemination and Education was the head of the delegation.

Over the past time, the Party committees and local authorities of Binh Duong province have always paid attention to law dissemination and education and have directed the work in association with the performance of socio-economic development tasks and functions, powers and duties of agencies, units and localities. The province's law dissemination and education has made many strong, positive and clear changes.

The whole province promptly disseminated and propagated legal documents and regulations promulgated by the central and local governments in all fields. In the context of the complicated development of the COVID-19 epidemic, the legal dissemination and education has promptly and flexibly adjusted to meet the requirements and conditions of the new situation.

The contents and forms of law dissemination and education have been diverse and abundant with many innovations; and, the application of information technology has been increased to basically meet the people's demand for law understanding. The coordination in carrying out the law dissemination and education has become close and more effective.

Specifically, in 2021, the province held 25,212 propaganda sessions with more than 1.5 million attendees. The whole province held 40 legal research contests with more than 142,000 participants. Departments, branches and localities at district level have compiled, printed and distributed more than 1.3 million leftleaves and 107,825 legal documents.

On behalf of the provincial Council for Coordination of Legal Dissemination and Education, Ms. Nguyen Anh Hoa, Director of the Department of Justice, proposed issues related to the legal framework for the use of social networks, appropriate remuneration suitable for grassroots law mediators, and rich data warehouse for more convenient law dissemination.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tinh acknowledged and highly appreciated the province's propagating the laws to the people. 15 opinions of the members of the delegation were to exchange on related contents and to discuss a better way necessary to see the importance of coordination in law dissemination and education. In fact, to avoid formality, the efficiency has not high in the process of implementing the program of coordination among the units.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Mr. Nguyen Loc Ha thanked and acknowledged the contributions of the participants. He asked the members of the Council to coordinate the disseminating and educating the province's laws to improve roles and responsibilities, overcome limitations, do better, and build many new models and forms of propaganda in the public and educate the law suitable to the locality and target audience to improve the people's legal knowledge.
