In particular, in the past time and in the face of complicated developments of the COVID-19 epidemic, the Standing Board of the district's Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee promptly advised the district Steering Committee for COVID-19 prevention and control to issue a decision to establish a sub-committee on transportation to mobilize and coordinate resources to ensure social security in disease prevention and control in the area. The Advocacy and Coordination Subcommittee has developed and promulgated operational regulations by assigning tasks to each member and specific action plans. Thereby, they have mobilized the receipt and distribution of goods to support the lockdown and quarantine areas, poor households, nearly-poor households, accommodation areas with difficulties due to the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic. Many practical models

On implementing the campaign of "All people unifying to build a new countryside and a civilized city", many self-governing models have appeared in residential areas that operate effectively to be replicated. Up to now, the whole district has built 92 models of "Self-managing groups for environmental protection to respond to climate change" in all 89 neighborhoods and hamlets in the district and 3 places of worship. Based on that, the locality informs about the situation of climate change and cleans up the environment in residential areas; at the same time, they instruct people to dispose garbage and classify it in the right places not to throw garbage indiscriminately; they also hold meetings in residential areas calling for commitments to participate in environmental protection.

One of the models that has been responded to by the majority of people since its launch is the "Rural Security Lighting". To implement the model, people voluntarily contribute to install lights at many roads in residential areas from 6:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. the next day. Mr. Le Van Hoa, a resident of Can Giang hamlet at Thanh An commune, said: "The model not only helps to illuminate many roads in the hamlet, but also contributes to preserve rural security, limit traffic accidents and crimes. It is also easier for people to travel as the appearance of the countryside is getting more spacious and smooth."

Along with building the model of "Rural Security Light", up to now, the district has built 89 models of "Traffic safety self-management teams" in neighborhoods and hamlets in the district. Self-management groups have organized for households to sign commitments to implement the content of “5 nos”, "family ensuring traffic safety" etc. The implementation of the self-management model of ensuring traffic safety and order has created a positive change in people's consciousness when participating in traffic, especially the forming of a sense of self-discipline in obeying the laws on traffic order and safety. The success of the model has contributed to ensure traffic safety in the locality as the number of traffic safety violations has decreased year on year.

Ms. Nguyen Thi Anh Tuyet, Head of the District Committee for Mass Mobilization and Chairwoman of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Dau Tieng district, said that after more than 5 years of implementation, the campaign has received consensus and unity among the people to arouse the spirit of mutual affection in the community as well as the social responsibility of each citizen in the implementation of the local socio-economic development goals and tasks. In the coming time, the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committees at all levels in the district will focus on further improvement of the implementation of the campaign's contents, contributing to the whole political system, branches and levels in the district to build new rural areas, civilized and beautiful cities.
