The inferior Party Committees enhance their leadership and guidance; the Party Committees of Party cells consistently innovate the content and formulate plans for specialized activities aimed at improving the quality of Party cell operations. This has significantly contributed to elevating the awareness and accountability of Party committees, Party organizations, Party cell secretaries, and Party members regarding the purpose, significance, and importance of Party cell activities, ensuring that Party cells genuinely serve as "the roots of the Party among the public masses.".
Troubleshooting the activities
As a standard practice, at the commencement of the monthly regular meeting, the Party Committee of the Workers' Party Cell (My Phuoc Ward Party Committee, Ben Cat City) designates a representative among the Party members to recite the "Party Member Oath." Upon completion of the oath, all Party members respond by clasping their right hands, raising them high, and proclaiming "I swear" three times. The Party Committee of the Workers' Party Cell emphasizes that beginning the meeting with a recitation of the "Party Member Oath" serves as a reminder for members to uphold their commitments, ensuring that their words and actions remain aligned.

Mr. Nguyen Van Binh, Secretary of the Workers' Party Cell of My Phuoc Ward, stated that the Party Cell consistently adheres to the regulations outlined in the Party Charter, convening regular meetings on a monthly basis. The Party Cell demonstrates flexibility in organizing activities to ensure optimal participation from its members. Three days prior to each regular meeting, the Party Cell prepares the agenda, program, draft report, resolutions, and directives from both the Party Cell and the Ward's Party Committee, disseminating these materials through the Party Cell's Zalo group to allow members ample time for review. Subsequently, members engage in discussions and provide their insights directly during the meeting, fostering a dynamic and productive environment. Notably, during monthly meetings, the Party Cell prioritizes the discussion and resolution of specific, practical issues aligned with its functions and responsibilities, addressing the legitimate aspirations of its members. This approach cultivates an open and sincere atmosphere, encouraging all members to voice their opinions, thoughts, and aspirations, thereby reinforcing solidarity and unity within the Party Cell.
Party member Nguyen Duy Quy (Party cell of Nhi Dong 2 residential area, Party Committee of Di An Ward, Di An City): The thematic activities of the Party cell are notably engaging and compelling. The subjects explored address critical issues pertinent to the Party cell, with Party members serving as "insiders" responsible for developing the content of these activities. Consequently, Party members take the initiative to research the topics, propose content, and seek out relevant information to enrich the discussions. Simultaneously, during these thematic activities, the Party cell secretary and deputy secretary play a pivotal role in providing guidance and encouragement, dedicating the majority of the time for Party members to express their views. This approach significantly enhances the implementation of the CPV's guidelines and policies, as well as the State's policies and laws. Party member Le Thi Thanh Huong (My Phuoc Ward Workers' Party Cell, My Phuoc Ward Party Committee, Ben Cat City): The Party Committee of the My Phuoc Ward Workers’ Party Cell prioritizes and organizes Party activities effectively, facilitating attendance for Party members on weekends. This approach addresses the challenges faced by Party members in participating in these activities. Many members, who are workers, are occupied with full-day shifts on Saturdays and Sundays, often working overtime, which significantly restricts their availability. Furthermore, this strategy mitigates the risk of Party members feeling compelled to request time off to engage in Party activities, potentially leading to their resignation or removal from the Party due to violations of the CPV Charter. |
Similarly, the Tan Uyen City Labor Federation's Party Cell currently comprises 38 members, of which 28 are employed in enterprises outside the State sector. As most members must prioritize labor and production, the Party Committee has adopted a flexible approach to organizing meetings outside of working hours, enabling members to proactively manage their schedules and fully engage in activities. Concurrently, the Party Cell collaborates with enterprises to arrange appropriate tasks for members, ensuring their participation in Party Cell activities without significantly impacting production and business outcomes.
Mrs. Luu Thi Tuyet Trinh, Party Cell Secretary and President of the Tan Uyen City Labor Federation, stated that two days prior to the meeting, the Party Cell proactively prepared the agenda and disseminated the details of the meeting through a Zalo group. This allowed Party members to familiarize themselves with the time and location, while also notifying the company's board of directors to facilitate full attendance of Party members at the regular meeting, ensuring that the production process remained unaffected. The topics of discussion are consistently refreshed by the Party Cell Executive Committee, aligning with the objectives of Party development, expertise, and the safeguarding of the legitimate rights and interests of union members and employees within the company, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of leadership in executing the resolutions of the Party Cell.

Nhi Dong 2 Ward Party Cell, under the Di An Ward Party Committee (Di An City), currently comprises eight Party cells with 167 active Party members. In addition to regular monthly activities, the Party Cell Executive Committee organizes thematic events. These thematic activities encompass a wide range of topics, including "Applying Ho Chi Minh's thought and our Party's viewpoint on the exemplary vanguard role of Party members; implementing the principles of democratic centralism, self-criticism, and criticism"; "Promoting the spirit of solidarity, the strength of great national unity, and contributing to the establishment of a clean and robust Party cell in accordance with Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality, and style"; and "Solutions to enhance the management of Party members, creating favorable conditions for Party activities, living, and studying." At Tan Uyen City Trade Union Party Cell, thematic Party activities are complemented by events held at significant sites, including the Southern Central Office, the historical Memorial House, and the Monument of Heroine Martyr Vo Thi Sau, aimed at promoting and instilling revolutionary traditions among Party members. Concurrently, the Party Cell conducts regular thematic initiatives focused on studying and emulating Uncle Ho, utilizing storytelling contests and presentations about his life. This approach enhances the understanding of the fundamental principles of Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality, and style among cadres and Party members, thereby fostering a broader dissemination of the importance of studying and following President Ho Chi Minh.
