The People's Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Thoi Hoa ward of Ben Cat town organizes the commune-level Congress of the province for 2024-2029 tenure

On the morning of January 10, the People's Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front in Thoi Hoa ward of Ben Cat town held the 11th Congress of Delegates for the 2024-2029 tenure. Attending the congress was Ms. Nguyen Thi My Hang, Chairwoman of the provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee to be chosen by the Provincial Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee as the Commune-level Congress of the province.

During the previous term of 2019-2024, the Vietnamese Fatherland Front in Thoi Hoa ward has effectively mobilized the collective strength of the entire population in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic and provided care for those affected by the disease, with a total amount of nearly 6.7 billion VND. In addition, the ward's Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee has launched the model of "Listening to the People - Responding and Addressing all Information" to enhance communication and engagement with the community. The authority has launched and expanded the model of "Environmental Protection and Climate Change Response", and initiated the implementation of the urban civilized route model of "3 connections: Green, Clean, Beautiful”.

During the 2024-2029 term, the People's Committee of Thoi Hoa ward - Vietnamese Fatherland Front, set a target that each neighborhood must have at least one exemplary project or activity that contributes to the construction and service of the community, in line with the "Participation in Building Cultural and Civilized Lifestyle" project in the province during the 2021-2025 term. The Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee of Thoi Hoa ward provided support, visits, and gifts to 100% of poor and near-poor households on occasions of holidays and Tet.

The Congress has elected 42 participants to serve as members of the Vietnamese Fatherland Front Committee for the 2024-2029 tenure.
