After many years of waiting, in these June days, Ho Chi Minh City's Ring Road 3 was started construction. The road passing through 4 provinces and cities including Ho Chi Minh City, Dong Nai, Binh Duong and Long An, is a national key project with the mission of connecting regions, opening up development space for localities. direction. After Ho Chi Minh City, yesterday (June 29), Binh Duong also started the construction of this aspirational project.

Talking about Ring Road 3 Ho Chi Minh City, please call this an aspiration road. Because the project has had policies and plans for more than 10 years, but only built more than 10 km in Binh Duong province. The formulation of the policy, planning and construction of this road for a long time, shows the thinking, vision and aspiration to make the Southeast region worthy of development as one of the economic locomotives of the country; from there, share the desire to build a prosperous and happy country. And today, that dream is gradually becoming a reality.

“Transportation one step ahead” is a breakthrough thinking. This has been demonstrated in practice very vividly in Binh Duong when National Highway 13, and then other key routes such as My Phuoc - Tan Van have been showing their historical mission. These roads have become the lifeline, connecting industrial zones of Binh Duong with seaports and airports, quickly and conveniently circulated import and export goods, etc. That is also one of the main reasons that bring "miracle" in the socio-economic development of Binh Duong.

Therefore, the process of localities trying to solve difficulties to prepare to start and build Ring Road 3 is likened to the process of finding the "Silk Road". Although it is not a legendary road in ancient times, opening up trade and linking between Eastern and Western civilizations, Ring 3, as well as other key roads, contain aspiration to connect, develop and prosper.

In particular, that aspiration has spread among all classes of people, especially in the four localities where the project is implemented, creating a unity between the will of the Party and the people, so that the Ring Road 3 will soon be formed to realize the aspiration to reach new heights of the provinces and cities in the region...
