Students are always excited with annual summer camps

 This summer, promoting volunteerism in the youth union members and students the Steering Board will mobilize all forces and facilities to participate in and contribute to improving the social sense of responsibility for the protection, care and education of young children. Throughout programs of "Learning to be a useful person, military term, Congress for the youths" or construction of cultural life in residential areas associated with building the cultural village such as "Children of Vietnam - Youth Union step up, listen to what children say, as red as always our petal scarf, the campaign of frugal lifestyle among children, model parents and piteous children", students will be trained with practical skills to raise up awareness and make practical actions to become good citizens in the society.

 In learning activities and career orientation, Young Pioneer leaders and teachers will help them to review lessons and teach students with difficulties for free. They will also tutor weak students in summer, maintain and develop charity classes, organize job orientation to students and intensify the activities of Internet access point for the youths across districts and towns. In addition, the level of unions will strengthen the education and orientation for the children through fun activities and healthy entertainment such as summer camps, writing camps, outdoor activities, tours, storytelling contests, art festivals, cultural trips, mobile bookcases, action films, weekend playground, mobile art performance, sports contests and environmental protection.

To create a really fun and meaningful summer for students, and also to implement "month of actions for Children", at a conference on in 2011 summer action plans, Vice Chairman, Head of summer Steering Board Huynh Van Nhi called upon different levels and branches for extensive propaganda about the purpose and significance of summer activities, giving priority to care for the physical life and spiritual children; implement efficient movements of "donating old books to poor students"; present gifts and scholarships to students with difficult circumstances who overcome difficulties to study well and orphans to prepare new school year 2011-2012; timely praise and groups or individuals of "good people, good deeds", the typical family in the movement of "protection, care and education of children", piteous children, etc.
