Third discount of electric bills offered by Binh Duong Power Company

On July 11, Binh Duong Power Company said that in order to share difficulties to join hands in the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic and to achieve the best results, the electricity supplying industry is implementing a plan to reduce electricity prices and electricity bills in the 3rd time for customers according to the government's Resolution No. 55/NQ-CP on the plan to support electricity price reduction and electricity bill reduction for electricity users.

Accordingly, Binh Duong Power Company will reduce electricity prices and electricity bills for 603 customers as prescribed in stage 3 at a total amount of about VND 17.5 billion. Particularly for customers who are epidemic prevention and control facilities, the company is currently pending for the provincial People's Committee, Department of Industry and Trade, and Department of Health to provide a list of establishments that do not charge fees to apply according to the regulations.

The leader of Binh Duong Power Company added that in the past few days, the company has actively made a plan to ensure safe, stable and continuous power supply in the area to contribute to well performance of the dual task of medium and long term by carrying out the prevention and control of the Covid-19 epidemic while ensuring the power supply to serve the socio-economic development of the locality.
