The belt road 3 project in HCM city has a total length of 76.34km, passing through 4 localities, including Dong Nai, Binh Duong, HCM city and Long An. It has a total investment of more than VND75.37trillion. The section through Binh Duong province has a total length of 26.6km with a total investment of VND 19.28 trillion, passing through Di An city, Thuan An city and Thu Dau Mot city, with the section of Tan Van intersection at 2,393km long, the Binh Chuan - Saigon River section at 8.9km long, and the section coinciding with the My Phuoc - Tan Van expressway at 15.3km long that have been invested in and built by Binh Duong province and are now under construction with a scale of 6 lanes, not yet invested in this period.
The belt road No.3 includes 8 lanes with designed for speeds of 60-100 km per hour. It is known that the belt road No.3 at the section through Binh Duong province includes 2 component projects: the component 5 project - construction of the belt road No.3 (Tan Van intersection and Binh Goi bridge) with a total investment of more than VND5.75trillion and component 6 project (compensation, support and resettlement) with a total investment of more than VND 13.52 trillion.
