Thu Dau Mot children compete in following Uncle Ho's 5 teachings

On February 25 and 26, the Thu Dau Mot City Council of Ho Chi Minh Young Pioneer Organization (HYPO) solemnly organized the 24th Uncle Ho's Good Children Congress in 2025. Attending the congress were 121 excellent Uncle Ho's Good Children delegates representing more than 23,000 Uncle Ho's Good Children across the city.

During the 2022 - 2023 school year, HYPOs throughout the city joined hands to carry out "Young Pioneer Projects" at team and city levels to welcome the Party Congresses at all levels, term 2025 - 2030, notably: presenting 3 “Friendship Houses” to HYPO members having difficult circumstances; presenting 1,500 scholarships; building 3 playgrounds for children; carrying out the project “Changing old walls with a new coat” at teams with a total cost of nearly 600 million VND.

In the past time, Thu Dau Mot City had 99% of HYPO members achieving the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children; 100% of the teams in the whole city implemented well team member training programs for the period 2023 - 2025; 100% of HYPO teams achieved the title of excellent emulation in the school years.

The Congress commended and rewarded 20 outstanding HYPO leaders; expressed gratitude to HYPO Council Presidents of all periods; and especially commended 121 students who achieved the title of Uncle Ho's Good Children. On this occasion, units and sponsors also presented 10 congress projects to children of Thu Dau Mot City with a total value of more than 200 million VND.
