Thu Dau Mot City launches mobile team to handle traffic incidents

On June 7, Thu Dau Mot City held a ceremony to launch a mobile team to handle traffic incidents in the city.

The mobile team handling traffic incidents is tasked to ensure traffic safety order, receive and handle reports of traffic incidents, coordinate with functional units to perform the task of traffic safety order protection.

When a traffic safety incident occurs, the mobile team dealing quickly arrive at the scene, coordinate with the local police and other forces to make a rescue of victims, protect the scene, protect the property of the victims, direct traffic, fix problems.

The establishment of the mobile team aims to support the police to perform well the task of ensuring traffic safety order and combating traffic jams. Currently, Thu Dau Mot Police is developing appropriate regimes and policies for this team as well as necessary means and equipment to ensure the quick handling of incidents, especially traffic accidents and medical emergencies.
