On September 14th, TDM City Ornamental Creatures held a presenting ceremony and conferred title of artisan upon 15 people at provincial Retirement Club.The purposes were to honor members for their contribution to development of the association, such as: skills, techniques, highly esthetic sense in creating bonsai, ornamental trees. Thereby, the association wanted to encourage members to engage in creating, which can bring economic benefits and help building up a green, clean and beautiful environment.After 15 years, TDM City Ornamental Creatures Association has generated a sound playground to exchange experiences, learn and take care of each other.
