Thu Dau Mot City speeds up the construction permit process for people

Thu Dau Mot Urban Management Office said that in April, the construction permit work continued to be carried out to ensure the correct process and deadline. The unit received 696 construction permit dossiers, advised to settle 610 dossiers with a floor area of 128,029m2, returned 78 dossiers. Accumulated, over the first 4 months of 2022, the office received 1,375 construction permit dossiers, advised to settle 1,237 dossiers with a floor area of 265,915m2, returned 150 dossiers.

Currently, Thu Dau Mot Urban Management Office continues to advise and accelerate the construction permit process to improve the quality and satisfaction level of individuals and organizations. In addition, procedures for granting construction permits are made public so that organizations, businesses and individuals are more favorable in accessing and implementing procedures as prescribed.
