*A meeting between An Son commune’s leaders and children held

The Youth Union of Thu Dau Mot University has just organized a traditional camping festival to mark the 83rd founding anniversary of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union (HCYU) (March 26, 1931-March 26, 2014) and the 5th founding anniversary of the school.

The camping festival included 36 camps made by students belonging to the school’s faculties, formers students, “Nga tu ga” volunteer youth squad in HCM city…It took place animatedly with a series of fun-filled activities: camp making, folk games, art performance, camp-fire…

On this occasion, the Youth Union of Thu Dau Mot University also awarded 15 “Lighting up dreams” scholarships worth VND1mln each for students with difficult circumstances; honored 85 Youth Union officials…

The camping festival created an useful playground for the school’s students, helping them exchange and share mutual experience in study and Youth Union activities while making favorable conditions for them to know more about the role of Youth Union members for more contributions…
