Thu Dau Mot University ranked 15th out of 191 universities nationwide

Early February 17, Viet Nam’s University Rankings (VNUR) officially announces the ranking of 100 top universities nationwide. In the first announcement, Thu Dau Mot University (TDMU) was the 15^th of Top 100 and over totally 191 universities qualified for the ranking.

VNUR ranks universities based on data collection and processing according to 6 criteria including accredited quality, teaching, publication of scientific articles, scientific and technological tasks and inventions, and quality number of learners and facilities. Among these 6 standards are 17 criteria aiming to ensure the most comprehensive and balanced comparison; thereby, ensuring high reliability for students, parents, businesses, university students as well as universities and the government according to the VNUR statement.

Binh Duong has two universities in the top 100, namely Thu Dau Mot University (ranked 15th) and Vietnamese-German University (ranked 41st). Previously, at the beginning of February, the Webometrics ranking system of higher education institutions in the world also announced the ranking in 2023 with Thu Dau Mot University continued to maintain its 20th position out of the total number of 184 universities in Vietnam listed on Webometrics rankings.
