Thuan An City Implements project on building a cultural and civilized urban lifestyle

Since 2017, Thuan An City People's Committee has implemented a model of "Building a cultural and civilized lifestyle" for 2017-2020 period.

To develop good results achieved in the past tenure, build a cultural lifestyle and change the face of Thuan An urban area in the coming time, People's Committee of Thuan An City has developed a project to build a cultural lifestyle and civilized urban in 2022-2025 period, and brought this to localities in the city to implement the project effectively.

Thuan An city set many goals such as: until 2025, 100% of domestic waste will be collected and sorted at source; 55% of quarters and hamlets to be recognized as "quarters and hamlets without waste"; 100% of roads and alleys (with sidewalks) are cared for, preserved, have trees planted and no illegal advertisements; 80% of alleys are asphalted, equipped with public lighting system and public trash cans; at least 6 wards to be recognized as civilized urban areas; 5 urban civilized roads of city level and 20 urban civilized roads of commune and ward levels...

Nguyen Thanh Tam, Chairman of Thuan An City People's Committee, ordered all levels, branches, communes and wards in the city to study contents of the project to synchronously and effectively organize the project implementation in each locality; to consider this as a regular, long-term and inherited task, hence it is necessary to have specific measures and solutions, diversify propagation and communication work so that the public will support and actively take part in the project and produce practical results.
