Thuan An town’s Culture-Information and Sports Center, on Feb.20, kicked off the Thuan An cycling tournament 2011.

The tournament absorbed nearly 200 cyclists from Ca Mau, Dong Nai, Ba Ria-Vung Tau, HCM city, Tien Giang, Long An…and Binh Duong. These cyclists competed in two age groups of 35-45 and 46 and above.

In the age group of 46 and above, Gau Vang club from HCM city’s Tan Binh district grasped first prize in the team rankings, followed by Nha Rong club from HCM city’s district 4 and district 7 club from HCM city, respectively.

Whilst, in the age group of 35 and 45, Sai Gon Velo club took lead in the team rankings, followed by Hoa Binh club from Thuan An town’s Lai Thieu ward and district 7 club, respectively.

The organizing board also awarded other many prizes to outstanding individuals at the tournament.
